RenWrite Results and Fall Tournament Announcement
October 31st, 2025
Congratulations to UTS B for winning the Toronto site of the RenWrite mirror, as well as to Frontenac and
Lisgar B for winning the senior and junior divisions of the Ottawa site respectively! We'd like to thank all
of the teams that played this challenging but fun tournament, as well as to the Renert writing team for
allowing us to mirror their set.
Meanwhile, signups for the Toronto West, Toronto Centre, and Ottawa sites of our Fall Tournament are now
open! Please note that we have a stricter cancellation policy beginning this November, which teams can view
on our Resources page. Thank you and happy Halloween!
Vancouver and Calgary Update
October 13th, 2025
The first high school site of our Fall Tournament will be held in Vancouver next weekend! Thank you to the UBC Quizbowl Club for mirroring this tournament. We must also unfortunately announce that the Calgary site that was planned for November 1st is indefinitely postponed due to a teachers' strike. It might be rescheduled once the strike is concluded.
RenWrite Announcement

Consensus Trivia is pleased to be helping bring RenWrite -- a tournament written by Renert School alumni and students -- to two Ontario sites in October! Though we at Consensus are not involved in writing or editing RenWrite, we're happy to promote and help mirror trivia events that are run on the Consensus format. The entry fee for the Ontario RenWrite mirrors is lower than our standard fee, and it's a great way to prepare for our official Fall tournament, so we hope to see you there!
