Qualifier Announcement (Part 1)

Details have been announced and signups are now open for our Ottawa, Toronto Centre, and Toronto West Qualifier sites! The qualification process remains the same as in past years. We also plan to run sites in Calgary and Vancouver; more information on those will be available in the coming weeks. Good luck to all teams playing in the Qualifier!
